Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Sawmill Catering at our recent wedding. Paul was incredible to deal with and responded to all my questions promptly. Pricing was fair and the food was wonderful. We had great service from the whole sawmill team at our wedding and the team leader Monette was kind and professional. I had the honor of planning our company Christmas party this year with the help of 3 other amazing people. I made one phone call to Paul (who I got his number off the computer) and Paul had a hall, D.J and amazing food menu to me and all for the date I was hoping to have the party on. I have never dealt with service like this before. Paul went above and beyond what he needed to do. The day of the party Paul showed up and made sure everything was how it was supposed to be. During the party we had an amazing lady that worked with Paul on his staff, start dancing while mopping up accidents from drinks on the dance floor and interacting with the folks that were there. Amazing.

We have been using Sawmill catering for many years for our company employee Christmas lunches and other special events. Sawmill has never disappointed. They are flexible with the menu, have accommodated our odd shifts and the food has always been amazing. They were one of the few companies who came up with a fantastic solution to feeding us even during covid. Paul is just amazing to work with and our people have always been left full and happy. Recently used Paul and his Sawmill catering team for a large corporate Christmas Party, highly recommend. 10/10. From the initial planning, with me having a thousand questions…Paul was always quick to respond, extremely helpful for those not having knowledge about catering an event. A party of over 300 people, tables were set up perfectly…the food was so delicious with a great variety of choices of everything. We also had them provide shuttle vans from a hotel to the party venue, the vehicles were very clean, and drivers were very friendly. Thank you Sawmill Banquet & Catering!
I have used Sawmill Banquet & Catering Services numerous times for our corporate lunches and breakfasts. Paul is extremely accommodating, kind and stands behind his work. He ensures we are set up properly and have everything that we need, and the food is delicious. I have dealt with many caterers and dealing with this organization is always seamless, easy and a super quick turnaround. You won’t be disappointed if you work with them. Happy eating! (Also, the gluten free selection is very hard to beat and always tastes amazing!)
My husband and I booked the Sawmill & Catering for our wedding this past weekend. And when I say every part of working with the Sawmill was beyond amazing and easy is an understatement. Paul is a dream to work with! He is such a great source of information, personable and quick to respond to all my questions/emails.
For our big day everything was seamless. Monette was our day-of manager, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond for anything we asked. At the end of the night, she packed up our leftover cake/cupcakes even though she didn’t have to. All the staff that were part of the catering team were funny, interactive and wonderful. The food was outstanding. We had a family style served meal, there was more than enough food for everyone. All night and over the last few days all I have heard was how wonderful everything from the Sawmill was.
They took care of our bar providing a bartender, a bar (the venue did not have one), all the mix, we did a toonie bar so they provided drink tickets, bar float and debit machine.
I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or other function. They went above and beyond, we couldn’t be more grateful.

Hired Sawmill to cater our wedding and was blown away by the level of service and professionalism from Paul and his team. The food was incredible, and I got compliments from many of our guests. The salmon was amazing, and there was more than enough food for everyone. Paul was a dream to work with and was always willing to accommodate our requests, including making me a delicious sangria mix for the bar. As a young couple trying to plan a wedding, it was so amazing to have Paul meet with us and make some recommendations around scheduling and rentals. I couldn’t recommend this company enough.
