From the first contact to the end of pickup Paul and his team were amazing. We had a small, off-site event for a 50th anniversary party, and no inquiry or detail was too trivial. The food was delicious and the service exceptional. Thank you for making it a memorable day!

Paul Doucette and his crew including Monette, the Event Manager, and bartenders Tanya & James were great! From the start, Paul was prompt in answering emails/calls and he considered every detail, so dealing with him was a pleasure. The Sawmill Catering crew were organized, timely, and helpful on the day. The appetizers & champagne reception and dinner went so smoothly, and everything was hot and very delicious. We had an amazing selection of food including the coconut Basa fish and the beef. There was also a great selection of salads & veggies. Every detail of the food and service was well done. We can’t thank you enough for making Steph & Pete’s wedding day a wonderful experience!!!
My son & daughter in law treated me to Mothers Day brunch at the new City of Edmonton Northeast River Valley Park and Sawmill catered the brunch at the Event Centre. From the moment we entered the event centre we were treated like Royalty…The welcome from Paul, the entire catering staff, the food, the food display the positions of the tables, far exceeded our expectations. Three of us recently ordered the vegan take and bake for Easter. Everything was absolutely delicious! The packaging was excellent and you can tell great care was taken in prepping this meal. Thanks to all of those at the sawmill who made this possible. This was the first time we’ve done this, and it won’t be the last. Special thanks to Paul, who was an absolute delight to deal with.
We used Sawmill Catering Services to celebrate our son’s and daughter-in-law’s wedding. It was an intimate family dinner of 50 with many of our guests from out of province and from the USA. The food was delicious, and the guests were very impressed with the selection of food and the generous portions that were provided. They even prepared 2 very large plates of food for one guest that had a food allergy. Paul was amazing to work with. He was always prompt to answer any questions or concerns that I had. The staff were very professional setting up, serving and with clean up. This was my first time using a catering service. Very positive experience. I definitely will use Sawmill Catering Services again!
I am beyond happy with the service and quality of food that Sawmill Banquet provided us at our business event. This wasn’t an average event either as it was staged in a warehouse and everything needed to be brought in. The food was tremendous, and their staff were professional and super helpful. I will definitely use them again for future events!
