This was our first time using Sawmill catering for a corporate event, and we will absolutely be using them as suppliers for our next events!

We attended the Mother’s Day Royal Brunch May 12, 2024 and was the most amazing brunch I have ever attended. The food, staff and venue were amazing. Great selection of gluten free choices. I have never been anywhere that I had so many choices of gluten free options. Will for sure attend any future events Paul and his team put on to the public. We used the Sawmill for our family Christmas get together. We tried having it catered this year instead of us older girls having to cook. I would have to say, it was a huge hit. The food was super tasty and organizing this with Paul was a breeze. He handled every detail and made provisions for my niece with her specific dietary restrictions to have her special foods. It was so easy. The food portions were so generous, everyone went home with extras. A huge thank-you to Paul for making this a seamless event. We’ll be back next year
Your staff was right at the table as soon we sat down to offer us juice and coffee. They kept a constant eye on the tables to ensure the guests always had their cups full and tended to any requests immediately. There was never a need to ask twice. All food was professionally presented and always kept hot and full. Everything was top quality! When are you opening in Calgary?
Ordered a Thanksgiving Dinner for Three from Paul. So much variety and large portions. It was a fabulous dinner … spinach salad, carrot bisque, turkey, stuffing, perogies, roasted vegetables, yams with marshmallows, pumpkin cheesecake, biscuits, all the fixings and all very neatly packaged and labelled. Such a treat!! Everything was delicious!! Definitely doing again and again!!! Was such a great dinner with so much variety!!
Vegan feast was amazing. Wow! Love the improvements this year, roast on parchment paper was genius, candied yams I didn’t think I’d like but it was my favourite dish. Soup was lovely, roast was perfect, stuffing was the right consistency. Very well-done guys!
We hosted a retirement party with 60 people. The food was excellent. The guys were still talking about the steaks the following week. The service was on time and everything we needed came with the meal. The price was reasonable, maybe better than reasonable considering the quality of the food, I would recommend Sawmill Catering and will use them again in the future.
Sawmill catered our wedding this last weekend, and my husband and I cannot be happier with how things went. The food was 10/10 (even our guests could not stop raving about it for days afterwards). The service was impeccable and flawless throughout the entire wedding day. The manager Paul is the nicest person and so great to work with for months leading up to our wedding- he worked around our giant list of dietary allergies and restrictions and crafted an amazing menu for our guests. Best choice we could have made. Highly recommend Sawmill for any catering needs and we plan on using them again in the future.
