Paul and his team have been catering events for our Quarter Century Dinner for a few years now. We have over 250 people each year and have changed venues a few times however we never change from working with Paul. Amazing help from Paul and his team organizing our event. The service was amazing, helping me plan an event for over 250 people organizing food, serving drinks and keeping the space clean. I can honestly say I couldn’t have made this event as successful as it was without their help. Paul’s creativity went further than anything we expected, from desserts with our custom colors, to the setup of the space, and organizing how to make the bar most accessible. The staff at sawmill catering were amazing to work with and would highly recommend giving Paul a call.
Excellent service, communication and food. Almost every guest came up to us and told us how good the food is, and I still have people telling me. They went above and beyond for us all evening, from clearing plates from tables to cutting and serving our wedding cake. They also supplied a bartender for us as a separate contracted person, Tanya was fantastic, she was very fast and organized. I can’t think of anything bad about this company, I will be recommending them to everyone, and will use them for future events.
I had the absolute pleasure of coordinating a wedding with the vital support of the Sawmill Catering team. The food was delicious, but the team was exceptional. They stepped up every moment of the reception to help in any way, shape or form from the minute it kicked off to the minute they finally packed up around midnight. We had Paul and his team cater our Team BBQ over the weekend, everything was exceptional. The onsite team were amazing, the food was abundant, fresh and delicious.
