We had the pleasure of working with Paul and the team at Sawmill Banquet and Catering Services for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The menu feasting was such a nice way to try some of the amazing food and confidently solidify our final selection. The food was incredible, with a great variety of options, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan dishes (which was important for our guestlist). All our guests were stoked about the quality and flavour! The butler service added an elegant touch to our big day—we made sure to have our live music performers and the butler service occur simultaneously, which was a hit. One butler even accompanied us during part of our photos to make sure we were taken care of! Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly responsive, answering emails rapidly and always making us feel like we were in good hands. Overall, the service, quality, and attention to detail were exceptional. I could not be more pleased with the Christmas feast! It was delicious, and the portion sizes were very generous. I ordered 2 dinners, fed 3 adults, and still have leftovers for mom to eat tomorrow. I will be a return customer and recommend to others as well. Thanks!!

After our first catering company that we hired ghosted us, we turned to Sawmill and told them what happened. Paul was amazing at communicating with us and happily answered our millions of questions. When we met him, you could tell that this was a passion for him and that he loves what he does! On the day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly, and we got nothing but compliments on the food! If I ever put on another event I will 1000% be hiring Paul and his amazing team again!
